A bit about me

Ellen's journey in founding Revive From Within showcases her dedication to healing and empowerment. With over 30 years of experience in the helping profession she leverages her social work foundation, built on compassion, empathy and meeting clients where they are at, to guide individuals on their healing paths. Her client-centered, strengths-based approach encourages clients to tap into their innate healing abilities. With additional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, Ellen provides a holistic support system for individuals, offering preparation, dosing and integration sessions with psilocybin to enhance their therapeutic experience.

Ellen's spiritual journey began at 19 years old during a Vision Quest in Ontario's boundary waters, sparking her quest for deeper purpose and meaning. This transformative experience motivated her to earn a master's degree in social work, where she dedicated her career to serving marginalized populations. A lifelong learner, Ellen spends her free time with family, reading, playing volleyball, traveling, or exploring new self-care practices. She firmly believes that healing is attainable for everyone, regardless of past or present injuries, provided they have the right supportive, therapeutic relationship.
